The BURmastic Rock-It System is the first and only cold-process, white gravel, white adhesive surfacing system designed
for built-up and modified bitumen roofs. The BURmastic Rock-It system fully complies with the Title 24 energy
standards.

What is BURmastic Rock-It Adhesive?
Rock-It adhesive is a white, asbestos-free, elastomeric, low volatile surfacing adhesive that is used
to adhere white gravel. A roof surfacing of Rock-It adhesive and white gravel meets the requirements
of California’s Title 24 Energy Efficiency Standards for residential and non-residential buildings
and has been tested according to the standards of the Cool Roof Rating Council. Rock-It adhesive also meets
the VOC requirements for adhesives in the Los Angeles South Coast Air Quality Management District.

Tremco’s T-24 modified bitumen membranes are factory coated with a white
acrylic coating which enables these membranes to exceed the reflectance and emmitance requirements
set forth by Title 24. Tremco recognizes that modified bitumen membranes are a highly specified
roofing system in California. Their ease of application along with their proven performance throughout
the years made it necessary to provide our customers with products that comply with Title 24.
