A Highly Reflective Coating for High slope, Fire-Rated BUR and MB Systems

Polarcote FR is an acrylic coating developed to restore several types of UL and FM Global classified roof systems, particularly BUR and MB systems installed in high slopes.  Polarcote FR can be applied over primed granule surfaced membranes as well as primed asphalt emulsion surfaces.

Polarcote FR is intumescent and highly reflective.  It is listed with the Cool Roof Rating Council and is ENERGY STAR qualified.

Composition:

Polarcote FR is an asbestos-free, intumescent acrylic roof coating.
