POWERply® Heavy Duty Base Sheet

A Smooth Surfaced, Fiberglass Bilaminate Reinforced Modified Bitumen Membrane

The POWERply Heavy Duty Base Sheet is used for application in hot applied asphalt adhesives in modified bitumen systems where a high tensile modified base sheet or flashing ply is desired.

Composition:

The asbestos-free POWERply Heavy Duty Base Sheet is a smooth surfaced, high strength modified bitumen membrane.  It is constructed with non-woven fiberglass mat/fiberglass scrim bilaminate reinforcement and has an asphalt coating that is modified with an SBS elastomer.  POWERply Heavy Duty Base Sheet exceeds the requirements of ASTM D6163, Type III, Grade S.
