How OLI Works

OLI contains detailed post-inspection information about every roof in your inventory.  Expert roof inspectors from Tremco Incorporated subsidiary WTI thoroughly analyze your roofs and compile historical data as well as construction and condition information to formulate an accurate picture of the state of your roofs.  This information can help you answer such critical questions as:

• What roofing inventory do you have?
• What condition is it in (each roof is assigned a condition category from the inspection--green, amber or red--depending on the amount of work they need)?
• Can maintenance or perhaps restoration help me save money?
• And perhaps most importantly, how can I plan for future roofing needs?
