Fiberglass Reinforced, Smooth Surfaced, Torch Applied SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane

The POWERply Standard Smooth HW (Heat Weld) membrane is designed for use in hot air, heat welded (torch applied) multi-ply roof and flashing systems that require smooth surfacing.  Each membrane has a smooth surface and a burn-off polyolephin sheet on the underside.

Composition:

Asbestos-free POWERply Standard Smooth HW is a fiberglass reinforced, smooth surfaced, SBS modified bitumen membrane.  It exceeds ASTM D6163, Type I, Grade G; ASTM D6163 is Standard Specification for Styrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS) Modified Bituminous Sheet Materials Using Glass Fiber Reinforcements.
