Protection Under One Roof

With TremCare, you choose the roofing maintenance and protection program that's right for you.  And with OLI, our On-Line Information system, we even support those who do not want the advantages of a TremCare maintenance program.  OLI eliminates the need for paper records and ensures that all information is current and consistent from user to user.  

The TremCare roof maintenance program has three levels, with increasing levels of support: Asset Management, TremCare Gold and TremCare Platinum.  Each are described briefly below.

Asset Management

If you want to manage your own roofing assets, WTI/WTC will inspect your roofs and enter the data into OLI for your use.

TremCare Gold

WTI or WTC experts will plan and prioritize your program after thoroughly inspecting your roofs.  Detecting and repairing problems early saves money, reduces downtime and damage to the roof, and prevents premature deterioration.

TremCare Gold contains housekeeping, preventive maintenance and 24-Hour Emergency Leak Response.

TremCare Platinum

In addition to the services of TremCare Gold,  with TremCare Platinum the repairs are on us if the roof leaks. (Roofs may require repairs or upgrades first.)  Eliminating additional costs for onsite visits to repair leaks also simplifies your maintenance budget.
