Rockwool TopRock DD Plus

Rigid insulation board with a bitumen layer

Rockwool TopRock DD Plus is a rigid stone wool insulation board; a bitumen upper layer provides added rigidity, durability and strength while making TopRock DD Plus compatible with torch- or mop-applied membranes.  It is intended for commercial/ industrial new building and reroofing applications.

Water repellent yet vapor permeable, TopRock DD Plus is also non-combustible; a melting point of approximately 2150°F (1177°C) gives it excellent fire resistance properties.  

Composition:

Stone wool is a combination of slag and basalt.   The bitumen coating enables TopRock DDPlus to be used with torched and hot-applied membranes.
