High performance, high solids, single component, moisture cure silicone coating
You can restore weathered smooth BUR, modified bitumen, single ply and SPUF roofing systems with versatile AlphaGuard Si 100. The inorganic silicone compound offers superior weathering characteristics while its high solids content results in more waterproofing in single applications compared to lower solids products. Its highly reflective finish can lower rooftop temperatures, resulting in less stress and potentially reducing energy use. AlphaGuard Si 100 meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM D6694.
