Versatile AlphaGuard Si 70 can be used to restore weathered smooth BUR, modified bitumen, single ply and SPUF roofing systems.  The inorganic silicone compound offers superior weathering characteristics while its highly reflective finish can lower rooftop temperatures, resulting in less stress and potentially reducing energy use. AlphaGuard Si 70 meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM D6694.  This original silicone roof coating technology carries a decades-long track record of real world performance.
