IAQ Baseline Evaluation
We perform Building Health Check baseline environmental testing (including for coronavirus) and a HVAC Hygiene Assessment to verify building safety.
HVAC Cleaned and Restored
All HVAC units are hygienically cleaned with PURE-Steam™ using 350° F steam, then restored with antimicrobial paint as part of the HVAC New Life™ restoration process.
Particles Reduced
All supply and return ductwork is hygienically cleaned with the PURE-Duct service. Fiberglass duct board is encapsulated to prevent degradation.
Pathogens Neutralized
PURE-Decon building disinfection is conducted using EPA-registered disinfectants to neutralize all bacteria, mold and viruses (including coronavirus) before facilities are certified.
Air Purified
Air purifiers with EnviroSmart™ detection technology and multistage HEPA filtration and/or PURE-Plasma bi-polar ionization are installed in the building for continuous air cleaning to remove allergens, microbes, odors and particles.
Conditions Monitored
IAQ Guard is installed to monitor/alert the facility 24/7 for particles, temperature, rH, CO2 and VOC.
