The Tremco/ES Products Twin Loc-Nail is a single piece pre-assembled fastening unit consisting of a tube, disc and locking staple. The tube is formed from Galvanized coated steel and is available in four different lengths. The disc is formed from Galvalume coated steel and is securely clamped to the tube. The locking staple is formed from high tensile steel wire that is coated to prevent corrosion. The locking staple is preloaded into the tube and is set when the Twin Loc-Nail is driven.

The Tremco/ES Products Twin Loc-Nail is designed to secure asphalt coated base sheets and insulation boards to new and existing cement wood fiber decking (Tectum) and poured gypsum decking. In addition, The Tremco/ES Products Twin Loc-Nail may also be used as a roof fastener for lightweight insulating concrete substrates. After the Twin Loc-Nail is set into the roof deck, the two locking staples at the point of the fastener are driven further and spread out into the deck. This action anchors the fastener and provides superior uplift resistance.
