TremLock® K-Zip aluminum standing seam roof panels offer a versatile, high-performance solution designed for a wide range of roof retrofit and replacement applications. Precision-formed aluminum sheets are mechanically seamed for structural capacity and weathertightness, delivering long-lasting protection. Aluminum provides excellent corrosion resistance and minimal maintenance requirements, even in demanding or coastal environments. Compared to traditional roofing materials, TremLock K-Zip panels are lightweight, highly durable and fully recyclable, creating a sustainable roof that maintains its value and appearance for decades.

TremLock K-Zip aluminum panels are anchored to the substrate with concealed clips designed to accommodate thermal cycling of the roof sheet. To meet the varying needs of specifiers and contractors, TremLock K-Zip panels are available in a range of seam heights and panel widths:

Seam heights of approximately 2 and 2.5”
Pan widths of approximately 12”, 13”, 16”, 17” and 20”
